Over 1200 people have graduated from TROSA’s program since 1994 and hundreds more have participated in our programming. Lives formerly characterized by personal pain, damaged relationships, and alienation from community, are now infused with caring, hope, and promise. Graduates who remain in this area benefit from TROSA’s reputation and are respected for their accomplishment by neighbors and employers.
One Year After Completing TROSA
85% have not relapsed
95% still employed
95% no recidivism
90% not homeless
We follow our graduates for one year after completion of our program. While government estimates predict that between 40 to 60% of substance abusers will relapse during the first year after treatment, only 15% of our graduates relapse during that time period and less than 5% receive new criminal charges. Additionally, 95% remain employed and 90% remain in housing (do not re-enter homelessness).
